Excited about my new Schacht Baby Wolf Loom

I'm the new owner of a Baby Wolf  Loom.  It will be in my home in a couple of weeks.  I purchased it used, but it's in good condition.  I can't express how excited I am to venture into the hobby of weaving.  I have secretly desired to weaving for about 5 years now, but the cost of a new loom was out of my reach until lately.

Late September, I enrolled in a weaving class.  I thought that might feed my weaving hunger even though I didn't own a loom.  My instructor is co-owner of the weaving shop called Heritage Arts in Grandview, Tx.  Recently her partner passed away from her battle with cancer. (very sad!!)  After arriving to class one day, Lorelei ask me, if I would be interested in Sue's loom.  Her family wanted to sell some of her weaving looms and yarn.  Of course I was thrilled to have it.  Sue had taken wonderful care of it, not to mention, I would be the proud owner of a loom that was used by a wonderfully talented weaver who weaved with passion and was well known among weavers in our area.  What a great honor to have this precious lady's loom in my home!!! It will be cherished!

My new loom, although, not a great view, nonetheless it's mine all mine!!!
